Jonathan Channing

Jonathan is a consultant with over 20 years' property management experience. He works with managing agents and talented industry suppliers in marketing, business development, operations and finance capacities, providing valuable sector insight.A fellow of the IRPM, an Associate of the RICS and Honorary Consultant to FoPRA, Jonathan is a well-rounded property management professional who is engrained within the industry. He has fulfilled two separate head of property management roles for Farrar/Principia and Savills, and, since starting his consultancy company in 2018, Jonathan works closely with a number of supplier favourites. Jonathan won an Influencer award in 2019's PM50.Outside of work, Jonathan is a family man, a keen photographer, pianist and long-time follower of his beloved Watford FC.
