Alice Cadfan-Lewis spent more than 16 years working within block management before founding Block Recruit in 2014, a consultancy that works in partnership with employers on securing and retaining the best talent in the industry.With Block Recruit firmly established on the map, Alice co-founded Doyenne together with female industry peers. Unique in its aim to bring together women in block management, it provides a platform in which to share challenges, insights and experiences.
