Colin Stokes is an ex block manager who, 11 years ago, founded Adiuvo to provide specialist out of hours support for the property sector. Adiuvo are currently responsible for almost 600,000 properties throughout the UK and Ireland and have launched in the USA.Colin is a proponent of proptech which culminated in an investment in the subsequently Google-backed AI property platform AskPorter, and he started F%ur, an outsourced lettings management facility.As a winner of a Supplier award in the previous year's PM50, Colin is delighted to be back as a judge.
