Shelley Jacobs

Shelley Jacobs is a director of Michael Laurie Magar Ltd and has worked in property management for nearly 20 years.Shelley is also a Business Psychologist and a Cognitive Behavioural Coach who runs Resilience, Leadership and Time Management training courses on behalf of ARMA, and supports other property management businesses with a variety of people challenges impacting the workplace.Shelley is passionate about helping the property management industry focus on improving leadership, wellbeing and effecting change, and has published articles and delivered keynote speeches about these topics. Shelley supports women in business and in the property management sector and was recognised as a PM50 Legend.
