Nathan is an Associate Director at Navana Property Group, responsible for the day to day operational oversight of the property management team, as well as for embedding H&S, compliance, and governance across the group.Having spent 25 years in the industry, Nathan has gained extensive knowledge and expertise of all facets of the sector. Having worked client side, agency side and running his own consultancy practice there isn't much that he hasn't seen. Nathan has been fortunate to manage some of the UK's best-known developments.Outside of traditional leasehold and estate management, Nathan is also an RICS Registered Valuer, specialising in lease extension and enfranchisement. Nathan also sits on the Leasehold and Commonhold Expert Group at The Property Institute and is regularly found engaging in open discussion on current sector challenges and proposed reform.
