Helen Roberts

With over 25 years' experience in the property management industry, Helen Roberts has spent the last 16 years with Fexco Property Services, where she is Director of Client Services. In this role, she leads business development and oversees client relationships across all brands within the Fexco group. A strong advocate for women in the workplace, Helen is the Doyenne Ambassador for Wales and a returning winner of Mentor of the Year.She has twice been shortlisted for IWIP Woman of the Year and is a former PMR Top 50 award winner. Recognised for her leadership, mentoring, and commitment to raising standards across the sector, Helen now brings her experience and insight to the judging panel for the PM50.
