Claire Bates

Claire Bates has been in the property industry for 12 years. Prior to this she was a manager in the hospitality sector and used the skills acquired during this time to transfer to the property industry. It is these vital customer service skills which have seen her win numerous industry awards, including being named in the Property Management 50 Awards, as well as being shortlisted for ARMA ACEs Property Woman of the Year, and being Highly Commended as Young Property Manager of the Year at the News on the Block awards.Not one to rest on her laurels, Claire went back to university in 2017 to complete a Masters Degree in Building Surveying, in which she found a passion for historical buildings and sustainability; not things which are often named together. Claire is currently an Associate of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and has recently enrolled to do her APC to become a full member.
